Florida Skunk Rescue Adoption Request Form

Florida Skunk Rescue is a network of Florida Skunks As Pets members dedicated to fostering and finding homes for domestic skunks throughout the United States and Florida who can no longer be cared for in their current situation.

All foster and adoptive families undergo a background investigation to determine their suitability as skunk parents. All foster and adoptive families must also show proof of the required Florida Class III Wildlife Permit. Permit information may be found by contacting The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission.

Florida Skunk Rescue also provides help and advice to skunk owners and prospective skunk owners through the Skunks As Pets organization. Please do not apply if you live in a state where skunks are illegal to keep as pets. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
