2. Do you sell any of my information?

The personal information you provide is for our use only to serve you better. We do not sell or share this information with anyone.
 
3. How soon will my order be shipped?

We ship all in stock orders within 48 business hours of your payment. Most items are shipped within 24 business hours of payment. If an item is back ordered or out of stock, you will notified within 24 hours so that you may choose to wait or we can refund your money and you may reorder when item is available.
 
4. What if I have a special request?

We will make every effort to fulfill your special requests. Please contact us either by phone 1-866-814-5554, or by fax 954-317-3932, or by email chunkyskunky@comcast.net. Include your contact information with your request. Someone will have an answer for you within 48 hours.
 
5. Can I pay by check?

You may pay by check or money order (US dollars only). Print your order form and mail it with your payment to the following address:

Your order will be shipped after receipt and clearance of check. JP Enterprises or their representatives may use electronic processing of checks. If, for any reason, payment doesn't clear, our bank sends the unpaid checks directly to our collection agency. The customer must pay all collection costs up to the legal maximum allowed by law.
Orders paid by money orders will be shipped within 48 business hours of receipt.
 
6. What is your refund policy?

We want you to be happy with your purchase. All products unless otherwise noted come with a 30 day guarantee. If you wish to return a product, we will be happy to exchange or refund your money, shipping and handling excluded. Products must be returned in saleable condition unless defective. Items purchased at our ebay outlet are also included in our policy. All returns must include the Return Authorization Form (see Forms under Navigation) packed with the product. Customer will be notified and given an RA# to write on the form before shipping items back. You may submit the form via internet or fax. Please print a copy to include in the package.
